(En galego) Rosa M. Crujeiras (Ribeira, 1978) é Profesora Titular de Universidade no Departamento de Estatística, Análise Matemática e Optimización (USC). Obtivo o seu doutoramento en Matemáticas en xaneiro de 2007, coa tese titulada "Contributions to Spatial Spectral Statistics", baixo a dirección dos Prof. Dres. Wenceslao González-Manteiga (USC) e Rubén Fernández Casal (Universidade da Coruña). Foi investigadora postdoutoral no Institut de Statistique, Biostatistique et Sciences Actuarielles, Université Catholique de Louvain (Bélxica). Dende xaneiro de 2008, é profesora no Departamento de Estatística, Análise Matemática e Optimización. Dende outubro de 2010 ata xuño de 2013 foi secretaria do Instituto de Matemáticas da USC, e dende xuño de 2013 ata xaneiro de 2015 ocupou o posto de vicedecana da Facultade de Matemáticas. Dende xaneiro de 2015 ata xuño de 2017 foi adxunta á Vicerreitoría de Comunicación e Coordinación da USC, ocupando dende esa data ata xuño de 2018 o cargo de vicerreitora. Dende xaneiro de 2019 ata marzo de 2022, foi coordinadora do Programa de Doutoramento en Estatística e Investigación Operativa. En setembro de 2021 foi nomeada Directora Científica en funcións do Centro de Investigación e Tecnoloxía Matemática de Galicia (CITMAga). Dende xuño de 2022 é vogal do Consello Académico da Sociedad de Estadística e Investigación Operativa.
(In English) Rosa M. Crujeiras (Ribeira, 1978) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics, Mathematical Analysis and Optimization (USC). She obtained her PhD in Mathematics in January 2007, with a thesis entitled "Contributions to Spatial Spectral Statistics" (supervised by Prof. Wenceslao González-Manteiga (USC) and Rubén Fernández Casal, from the University of A Coruña). She has been a post-doc researcher at the Institut de Statistique, Biostatistique et Sciences Actuarielles, Université Catholiqhe de Louvain (Belgium). Since January 2008, she is a professor at the Department of Statistics and Operations Research. Since October 2010 until June 2013, she was the secretary of the Institut of Mathematics at the USC, and since June 2013 until January 2015 she was the vice-dean of the Faculty of Mathematics. Since January 2015 until June 2017, she was deputy of the Vice-rectorship for Communication and Coordination at USC, becoming vicerrector from that date until June 2018. From January 2019 until March 2022, she was the coordinator of the PhD Program in Statistics and Operations Research. In September 2021, she was appointed as acting Scientific Director of the Galician Centre for Mathematical Research and Technology (CITMAga). Since June 2022, she is part of the academic council of the Sociedad de Estadística e Investigación Operativa.
